What does the status of my order mean?

All statuses are discussed in this section:

Pending. We did not get the cash for the order, thus, it is still pending. It will not be finished, and you will not be charged again. Please contact our Support Team if you were charged for a pending order. Your order was most likely held for security reasons. Please check your Support Tickets as well as your email inbox. If we have not already sent you one, please contact us through Ticket.

Accepted. The order has been accepted for delivery to you. Your order is being processed and should be finished shortly. The order may take a little longer to fulfill. Please contact our Support Team if there are any longer delays.

Completed. Your order has been completed and the goods have been delivered. Your keys may be found under the Games tab of your account's Purchases section.

Refunded. Your purchase has been refunded. Please verify your account balance or original payment account.

Canceled. Your order has been canceled. If you are unsure why, please contact the Support Team to find out.

Blacklisted. Your account has been blacklisted. Please contact the Support Team to learn more about the cause.
